I have tried more than once to remove my email from this list and here I am 
again. Please help remove [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> 
and or [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> from 
this list.

It never hurts to delete temporary files.
The Legacy Temp folder you indicate is normally empty for me.

The Temporary files are in Docs ...LFT\_Appdata\ Temp, and the two
files there are six months old. Should I delete these and let them
start again?  What is going wrong and how do I fix it?
