I had this problem in the past and contacted them about it. Suggested various things including clearing cache. Don’t know why this would have an effect and not sure that this was what got it sorted out but no longer having problem.

Can you clarify whether you have a partial or full subscription to findmypast.co.uk?

Mine work fine. I sign into Find my past before i click on the hints
in Legacy.
