See page http://mywoodfamily.us/exhibits.htm and click on the photo of “Post
card photograph of Addie Allen Wood” (4th row down). Is this what you are
looking for.

Also see http://www.gedsite.com/en/legacy.htm.

BTW, since this is a LEGACY GROUP and this is off topic we should take this
discussion offline. I can be reached at [email protected]
<mailto:[email protected]> if you have questions for me but instead you
might also want to visit the GedSite Google Group at
https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/gs-l.

Hi Walter and Ward,

I'm new to genealogy and currently inputting information from tens of thousands
of church certificates. I attach these certificates in the Media Gallery of
Legacy to each individual mentioned in the certificate. I prefer the chart
option offered in both gedsite and TNG such as Walter's
<http://mywoodfamily.us/chart_ventura.htm#a3>
http://mywoodfamily.us/chart_ventura.htm#a3. Nice site by the way. Does either
one allow for these certificates under each individual to pop up if their name
is clicked? Some individuals may have as many as 40+ certificates in the Media
Gallery.

Like I said, I'm new and have devoted my time to inputting and not learning all
that Legacy can do, or to source by standard means.

Thank you for the help you've given already,

Gloria

Hi Henk,

You might want to take a look at John Cardinal’s GedSite. I have been using his
companion product Second Site for The Master Genealogist for many years and
love it.

GedSite uses a GEDCOM file to produce a very nice website complete with
exhibits, indexes, charts, etc. You can also include custom pages without
needing to know HTML. Support is done via a very active mailing list with
responses sometimes almost immediate.

It supports GEDCOM v5.5+ files from any genealogy program, but has special
handling for GEDCOM files written by Family Historian, Family Tree Maker,
Legacy, and RootsMagic. You can also use GedSite to produce a site on a CD, DVD
or thumb drive.

John’s Family History Hosting provide hosting if needed. See
http://www.gedsite.com/en/index.htm for more information along with links to
view sites created using GedSite. Cost is $25 USD.

Subject: [LegacyUG] Family tree on the Internet

Dear Legacy Users,

My name is Henk Bastiaanse and I live in Australia. I have been using various
genealogy software programs over the past 11 years and am using Legacy for
about 2 years. I am extremely happy with Legacy (9.0). However, the time has
come to share all collected information with extended family and post the
family tree - containing over 20,000 people and over a thousand pictures and
person- and location information - on the Internet.

What would be your suggestion how to do this and to which site to post it to? I
would really like to keep and share all collected information, including the
information in “Stories” etc.

Thanking you in advance for any feedback,

Kind Regards,

Henk Bastiaanse.
