Donna,
How did you change the filename? If you didn't do it from within Legacy - File - Rename File it's a difficult thing to do as you have to rename every file that makes up your family file properly AND not lose the extension.

If you did change the filename in Legacy then it should be on your Recent File list. See this article on how to access that if you don't know.
