This action is required because of the DMARC Reject/Quarantine Policy

Known providers for free email accounts whose emails do not require

I was thankful I did this many years ago.
I would slightly change Chris directions.

Once you decide which is your Master Database. Take all the others and
merge them into one database. Once they are all in one, renumber them with
a new lowest starting RIN and MRIN numbers

Originally my master file had 30,000 persons, so I renumbered them
the first 100 in the "Ahnentafel" style (1 being the central person in the
file) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Genealogical_numbering_systems
You have to manually first renumber rins 1-100 to some other number, then
renumber the central person to RIN 0001, the father to RIN002, etc.
Once I got to 100, I just did the automatic renumber fill in all numbers.

When I had my OTHER database all merged together I renumbered them with
starting RIN at 300,000 and Marriage MRIN at 300000

Then when I went to merge the Other into the Master I knew I was always
trying to keep the lower numbers on the left and merger Higher into lower.
Legacy does make this really easy.

Now whenever I see the RIN number over 300,000 I know they arent
'connected" to my one big master family.

Dont think twice about making backups as you go along.

Hope that helps,

Jay
