Hi Cathy, [This time I'll hit Reply All instead of Reply] Sorry I should've continued to explain. I need one Individual Report, no trouble with that, but at the moment I have one Event, amongst many many others, but this one particular event is a personal Letter sent in 1916, and this obviously is marked private, and I don't ever want it exported. I'm being lazy here I know, but for this person I've marked every event as Private, as it ensures the research stays with me. Easy I thought, just untag all the events privacy tag, mark this letter event as private and then do the Report without choosing to export Private material. The Sources don't worry me that much, as the Report is going to a Museum, so they'll w ant to know how I know; It's only this one event I want to stop. So if my explanation has got any better, I wondered does Legacy allow me to remove private tags from events in a kind of a Search & Replace ?
