Well, I have my Cloud registered and tried a log in and it worked. Tomorrow
I’ll use it to backup my main family file. Getting late here on the east coast
of US, time for bed.
Thanks to Jenny, Brian and Wes for all the help. Your responses got me
connected.
It must have been the Browser as you suggested. I normally use Chrome. Don’t
think of trying another browser. To answer Jenny’s Question I tried it from
the beginning 4-5 times with no luck before posting the question. As Brian
suggested I used another browser, which is Edge as put in with windows 10. It
brought me further along but not all the way. Closed it and tried Chrome again
with the same results. Then went back to Edge again from start and everything
came up in the right places and I was able to complete the registration and go
back to Legacy 9 and logged in. I like the idea of having a backup in a safe
off premises spot. I live too close to the Atlantic Ocean.

Subject: [LegacyUG] Problem seting my new cloud account
Hi,
I have the deluxe Legacy 9 with the latest update. I am reasonably experienced
using Legacy. Like it very much.
Problem: I followed directions “how to setup Legacy Cloud backup.”
Steps 1 & 2 –fine
Step 3, Without putting in any user name or password (which I haven’t created
yet) I followed the instructions “click here to register for a Legacy cloud
account.”
The “web page” that comes up has the tool bar at the top and under
it a blank page except for Legacy printed top left and login top right. No
place to register.
So just to see what happens I clicked on login and a login section
came up and “register” on the right. I clicked on register and it takes me back
to the previous blank page.
Can you tell me what I am doing wrong?
Or is my Legacy address and password good so I should just go straight to log
in?
