Another wishlist feature adding to what others have requested is an extra
backup option. I know there were legal/logistic issues when the Legacy
cloud storage option was removed. However I would like to have both a
"local" and a "remote" backup option. Local is local to the PC or home
network. Remote could be to a cloud service. This would fit the 3 2 1 best
practice (3 copies, 2 locations and one in a different location).

I like the Legacy features (the ones I use at least) and know migrating is
a big deal so I am OK for now. However it would be good to "feel" like
there is a degree of ongoing progress and improvement. Knowing there is a
schedule of updates and improvements might demonstrate Legacy has "life"
and is fully supported. For example, windows get monthly updates - they
have a lot more to worry about fixing things. But they also have a
*schedule* of feature updates. You might not like all the changes but it
creates a sense that the product is "alive".

Since adding another backup option should not (my guess at least) disturb
the underlying data engine, putting that into a small feature update would
be nice and could stop my eyes looking at the reviews of competing products
for a while.

Cheers

*John*
