I hope this message gets to the right spot. My Legacy program is frozen. Here is the situation: one sibling in the family died less than 2 years old. The Legacy program shows her married. I checked everything in the Marriage record and nothing shows a marriage. I tried to cancel the Marriage record for the child and a window opened up stating ERROR Marriage was not found.
Clicking on the OK box just makes it flash and nothing else. A red circle X when clicked does nothing. The X in the upper right cornor of the screen to close that page is grayed out so nothing closed. The rest of my laptop PC is fine. I put the PC on sleep and then opened it again but nothing changed. I didn't want to shut the PC down and reopen because I don't know what that will do to my Legacy records, etc. Your help is very much needed Jack Reynolds
