There is usually no problem getting refunds for any payments made via PayPal. I don’t know if this applies for payments made a long time ago.
When I wanted to unsubscribe from My Heritage, I had to search the internet for a way to do so, because MyHeritage had buried the way, very deeply and obscurely in their website. I believe that under US laws, companies must make unsubscribing easy. I wish Australia would hurry to do this.
