Does anyone know how long Millennia's Tech Support take to respond? I sent
an e-mail last Thursday (around midday their time) but as I haven't heard
back by the same time on Tuesday, I'm wondering if something might have gone
astray.

P.S. If Tech Support are reading this, it's not meant to be a criticism -
I'd rather wait for an intelligent answer than hear from an auto-responder
and then nothing more (which some organisations do)!
