Can't you create a custome evnt and export this in Gedcom? This is how I
exported my flags in Generations to Legacy.

To retain the "flags" in GeDCom exports and imports.
I currently need a method to identify a group of individuals in a
GeDCom file. I have this group identified in Legacy with a tag, but
this is not put into a GeDCom and is lost in Legacy to Legacy file
transfers using a GeDCom file. Since Legacy has a "Produce Gedcom
file for Legacy" option then the GeDCom created by Legacy needs to
contain a "_TAG" line to show tags that need to be retained.
