If you don't want the entire text of the document to print at all, then uncheck the "Include on reports" box on the *Text of Source tab in the Master Source screen. Then, in the Source Detail screen, you can enter the small quote in the *Detail Text tab and check the "Add this detail to the source citation on reports" box.
The result will be a source citation that names the master source and has only the detail citation text printed, and not the entire master source text.
