[LegacyUG] Ancestor Book Report - Table of Contents Problem

I'm using Ancestor Book Reports for the first time, and have noticed that if 
I set "Generation Subtitle Labels" to "By Relationship", the Table of 
Contents displays  generations, not relationships.  Have I missed a setting 
somewhere, or is this a quirk?
Also, is irpossible to set the font for the Indexes and the Table of 
Contents independent of the "Data" setting, which they seem to follow now?
