Sorry Jack, I'd like to help, but don't understand your problem, as I'm not 
aware of anything called a Family Sheet or Individual Sheet, and wasn't 
aware that you could print blank reports, other than specific blank forms on 
the report menu.  Perhaps if you explain in a bit more detail the steps you 
are following in each case, using the terms used by Legacy, someone could 
help you.

If I show my indidual sheet, I get address, phone, e-mail. But if I do a
