Never tried this, but suggest:
make a copy of your MSaccess file, then rename it from *.mdb to *.fdb.
The icon on the new file should change to the Legacy icon, then click the 
filename.fdb and see if Legacy can open the file.

Is there any way to format this information into a GEDCOM file, or some
other means that can be used to get the data into a Legacy family file?
