I can't seem to find a measurement of 9" to the right of the "Private box" but all this discussion had me wondering. When I tried to select the box for Private the only place outside the box that triggered a check was in a direct line to the right of the box and there isn't anything over there that would ever cause me to place my curser in the are and then click it. Clicking just below does't seem to activate the box and just above the private box is the bar for tags and one should be rather consious as to when and which tag they are trying to use. The ability to set some people to a private mode is a wonderful tool and Bob it is seems to me the responsibility is certainly on the user.
