I often export my file to web format so that I can send to someone on a CD-ROM. Often they are not very computer literate so I give instructions on how to find and open the index.htm file. It would make it easier for such people if most of the web pages could be put in a sub-folder leaving the root folder of the web only containing a small number of files or even better just the index.htm file.
