Ron, Did you import a gedcom from Generatons? This is the behaviour we see with FreeForm sources in a Generations gedcom and there's no way we can work around that with the Legacy import.
In order to get the text for all sources to print, go to Options > Customize > Sources and select the option there under "Master Source Defaults" to show the Master Source Text on reports.
