Thanks! Now another question.

I just learned how to cite a paragraph within NOTES Then I previewed it General notes the citation goes to the Greyed area of General notes: Not to the paragraph of which I want to cite. If I have 20 general notes about the individual's life all of the citations will be in the greyed area (of the report) and you will not be able to differenticate between where each source goes to.

Does anybody have any ideas. Or have I not read far enough.

On page 100 second paragraph:

There are many options available when working with notes. These include standard Window editing features, marking parts of the notes as private, expanding the notes window,....ETC.

Where and How do you mark part of your notes as private. AS far as I can see there is a point when I'm preparing to print a report where you can place a "private" on either the general notes, research notes, or medical notes. BUT; the above states PARTS OF THE NOTES. Does anybody have any ideas. Or have I not read far enough.
