Lloyd,  I'd like to know how you did this.  The two options I have are 
"Combine Duplicates" - which the blank entry and "Natural" are not, and 
"Purge Unused" - which I will do to "Natural" as soon as I clear them all 
out of the Children's Settings.  Still have a couple hundred to go, so if 
I'm really missing an Option somewhere, do tell! ;)

You can fix this for everybody quickly, provided that you want to change
all Father:natural; Mother:natural to blank.  Go to Children's Settings for
any family and click on the blue arrow next to Child Status.  This brings
up a list of choices.  You can then combine Father:natural; Mother:natural
with the blank space to remove the former.
