Give us more details and lets see if someone here can help you with your
problem.

What is your operating system?
Have you run a check / repair on your file?
What version did you have prior to upgrading?

I personally use a memory drive for my data.  This way I can go from
computer to computer without having to back up my data and restore it to
another computer.  I then use the backup facility (Which just compresses the
Legacy data files into a .ZIP file) and save that on my computer's hard
drive.

If you are trying to move or copy your data to another computer, you might
want to try this approach.
