I did do this but the alternate name does not show up in the index.
on your family view you will find 3 little 1/2 people and if
you hover your mouse over it it will say 'other names' if you put your 'other names' in here it will show up in the index.> Hope this helps,> Gene
If you have a last name such as Lefebure and the family later changes the
name to LaFavor is there a way to put "Lefebure see LaFavor" in the
index.
I had hoped that if you put alternate name in individuals file it would
come
up in the index-but it doesn't.
