Nope, not the same thing at all!!! The method you describe requires
"loading" a saved source-citation. If you have 5 different sources loaded
in the clipboard, you cannot use (write) them selectively; Its all or none.

It already exists in Legacy!
Use the Save button to save the Sources (up to 10) that you use
frequently and give each a unique name for identification.
When you need to use one of your saved sources, select it by right-
clicking on the upward-pointing sources triangle button.
As you said "a wonderful feature"!
