Will it be a global change or individual change? Were do I fine "Advanced
tagging"? I looked under tools and found several "Advanced" features but not
one for tagging.

No. Only 3 can be displayed at a time on the Family View. You can change
which
3 are displayed by going to Advanced Tagging|Tags to Show.
