Subject: [LegacyUG] Preparing for PhpGedview
Friends,
A little while ago there was some correspondence about displaying
trees on the Internet using PhpGedview. It's a wonderful programme,
but of course it takes a little preparation to get one's data into a
format ready for its use.
Rodney Hall led me by the hand through the process, and I am most
grateful to him for putting up with my many oversights whilst doing
this; the results are at:-
http://lackfamily.net/famhist/pgptree/pedigree.php
and Rodney's at:-
http://rmhh.co.uk/tree2/pedigree.php
However, to help others Legacy users achieve this we have put together
some notes, at
http://www.lackfamily.net/preparing_for_phpgedview.html
and rather more professionally at:-
http://rmhh.co.uk/legacy2.html
Good luck!
Warm regards :-)
Alastair Lack
