I have a situation where the father and mother are known but unmarried. Is there a place to indicate that they are unmarried? I changed the child's surname to "unknown" because I only have the given name. I have explained the situation in the notes, but it seems in the family report the word "husband" is automatically used. Can that be changed to "significant other?" or something equivalent?
