Dave, I know we've already talked, but thought I mention this for the benefit of this list. The # of individuals that can be synced is by no means an exact science. It all depends on the number and size of events, notes, etc. and the amount of available device memory. (You can put databases on storage cards but it's a lot slower and it still requires ample device memory for the sync to work) 26,000 names isn't a problem in itself, I know people syncing over 100,000. However I would assume in your case the # of notes, events, sources, etc. was too much for your device. (I have a 6315 as well, it would be nice if it had more device memory!)
