Frank,

You're going to need to recreate your Geo Location Database.  Go to the Geo
Location Database Setup (Options > Customize > Other > Database Maintenance)
and click the Delete button. Then recreate the database, redownloading the
regions if you didn't keep them from your original database creation.  

There haven't been any changes to the databases, so really, there's nothing
"out of date". I'm not sure why some of our users get this error, but
recreating it always works.

I appaarently can't do IGI without the database, but can't get them.

I know I'm getting older and more stupid but this frustraation isn't making
