I think the question you're seeing is if you want to include the embedded
comments in the description.  Some picture editing programs will embed
comments or allow you to embed comments and that's what the message you're
seeing is about. It should mention what the comments are that are embedded
in the picture.

Embedding pictures in the Family File is a completely different thing. They
actually become part of the file, rather than linked to the file, and can
cause the file size to grow dramatically.  Also, unless you've kept copies
of the pictures separately, they won't be easily accessible to you when
they're embedded.  Legacy doesn't embed the pictures themselves in the
Family File but FTM does.

What is the difference between embedding and not to embed? When placing
pictures on the corresponding people, sometimes the question will come up if this is what I want to do. I always say NO. But am I doing the right thing?
