Simon,
I think the Publicaitons Centre in V6 goes some way towards meeting
your needs. If you insert a "Placeholder" you cn replace this with a
prinout of an external document. Go to Reports > Publication Centre
click Help and look for Placeholder. I haven't used it, and not sure
how you get it to work with pdf publicaitons, but should work for
printed output.
