My issue is the same as that explained in Gail Nestor's message of 11/14/05, i.e., I would like the ability to format the long and short version of County & Co. and the complete state name and the two letter state abbreviation so that they would fit better on charts and still read better on reports. I'm going to try the Search and Replace work around suggested by someone on the list recently but apparently that is not a perfect solution.
