Hi Dennis,
It is the Descendants Chart. In the report options I can see, under the tab
"include", Events Marked Private and Print [[Private]] Notes - both these
boxes are unchecked. In the Individual's Information box I have checked the
Private box in the bottom right hand corner.

Which Descendant Report? There is a Descendant Chart, a Descendant
Narrative Book Report, and 2 versions of a Descendant Book Report
(Register and Modified Register).
I believe in ALL cases under Report Options on the Format tab there is a
checkbox for Include Private Individuals. Make sure this is unchecked.
If this fails to solve the problem, let us know the specific Descendant
Report in question and some of us might have additional suggestions.
