You may be able to help me. After doing family research for over 25 years,
I have collected a large number of documents, which have all been scanned
and/or converted to PDF and HTM files. To give you an example for one
person, I have his birth, marriage and death certificates together with
photos over the years, his diplomas etc. I would like to have all these
connected to his record in LEGACY so that when I produce web pages, they
are automatically attached to him.
Now I create all the links manually in the web page but for each update of
the web pages , I have to re-enter the information.
Could you or someone else think of a smarter way to do this.

PS: I create CDs , replicating the website, every 6 months for various
members of the family worldwide who do not have access to high speed
Internet. The CDs also act as back up copies of all my records and
documentation.
