You can probably get an idea from an individual report, which should show all 
husbands. 

Or else a new field might be called for, because not all women take their 
husban's name on marriage, or they may combine it with their faither's name 
or mother's name, or some other. 

Actually not just a new field, but a new table, to show which name a person 
used at various points in their life -- but there is already the AKA facility 
for such aliases. And you can get those to print on reports, though it 
doesn't show the dates on which the alias was used.
