Hello Helpers, About 5 years ago I purchased Legacy Deluxe for the express purpose of printing name tags, for our reunion, and printing labels, for the reunion mailing. Of course, as all of you on this list know, Legacy is such a GREAT program, that I 'gave up' the other program in favor of Legacy for my primary database. But, I sometimes struggle to do some very specific things, and this is one of them.
Using Lewis' instructions to Kathy I decided to try to find the report I would like to generate. I got part way. Thank you Lewis as your instructions encouraged me to step out a bit, but now I am 'stuck'. I want to be able to generate an Address List by State. I travel a lot, and when I go to California in another 10 days, I want to be able to take a list with me that will have: Name, street, town, telephone number and perhaps e-mail address I went to Search>Find>Individual>Address-State>Contains>CA. Went to 'Create List' and that took me to an alphabetical Search List. There are 122 individuals listed. HOW do I print an address list (name, street, town, zip, and phone) for these people? If you reply, detail each click or step to take . . . I am one of those right-brain gals, so details are a must for me! Thank you, Cynthia N.
