Cynthia,

You said:
" I will only be visiting northern California, so I would like to
eliminate those with other addresses. Is there a way to do that? I have 187
individuals on my search list. Is there a way to select the ones I want
from that list and print those? I just don't know how to do it, but I bet
you do!"

From your first list, Select Option Advanced Tagging and Untag everyone with
Tag 1. Close.
Then check Tag 1 for everyone of your 187 people that you want in your list. To tag them just double click on the check box. Close.

Do a Second detailed search - Select Search, Find, Detailed Search.

Look for whom = Individual, Look for what = Address-State, How to look =
Contains, What to look for = CA(or California, which ever you use).

Second Condition = AND
Look for whom = Individual, Look for what = Tag 1, How to look =
Equals, What to look for = Tagged.

This should give you a list of the ones you tagged. Then just Print this list as previously discussed.

Best wishes,
Lewis
