WOW, Lewis - what a gift! Thank you very much for your detailed
instructions. Yes, I can follow all of that. Well, now I have another
question. I will only be visiting northern California, so I would like to
eliminate those with other addresses. Is there a way to do that? I have 187
individuals on my search list. Is there a way to select the ones I want
from that list and print those? I just don't know how to do it, but I bet
you do!

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for taking the time to make this clear
enough for me to do! I left for work and when I returned, all the details
were there.

Cynthia,

Do a detailed search - Select Search, Find, Detailed Search.

Look for whom = Individual, Look for what = Address-State, How to look =
Contains, What to look for = CA(or California, which ever you use).

Second Condition = AND
Look for whom = Individual, Look for what = Living, How to look =
Equals, What to look for = YES.

Select - Create list

When the list appears, Select Print.

Under Options
You can give the report a title, such as California Addresses.
Check the first four printing options - Outside Border, Vertical lines,
Horizontal lines, Line numbers.

Under Row 1
Check: Spread proportionately across page.
Check: Surname, Given names.
Click on Customize.
Click on the 3 dots next to the first field name, Select Address line 1.
On the next field name , Select City, State, Zip.
On the next field name , Select Phone 1
On the next field name , Select Address - Email
Click on Close
Under Options put a check mark beside the optional fields that you selected.
Click on Preview
If it is what you want you can then Print it.

You can Repeat the above steps to get a list for the other states.

Hope this helps.

Lewis
