Not what I was trying to get at. The share alike provision in the ODbL is
designed to open improvements on top of OpenStreetMap data. If the ODbL
worked for OpenStreetMap we should see significant releases of such
improvements under the ODbL - following the mechanism of the license. We
don't. The example you gave is not such an improvement.
