Leo's trunk now contains leo/dist/distutils.leo. This contains all the
sources for the distutils package.

I also added the script that created the @auto nodes in distutils.leo
to scripts.leo.  This could be improved.  Feel free to do so.  It's
useful enough as it is...

So now I have all the tools needed to understand distutils in
detail...
