Ok, perhaps this is what the "install script" should do, then:

- copy the extracted tarball to /opt
- Create the launcher command /usr/local/bin/leo

And optionally run "setup.py develop" in /opt/leo (if "import
setuptools" does not raise ImportError, i.e. setuptools is installed).
