To reproduce: - open any outline - hit Ctrl-I to add a node - select the headline so you can edit it - change the headline, then press Ctrl-S to save the outline.
Important: press Ctrl-S when the headline is still selected and can be modified. It looks like the change is lost. If I change the focus to another headline, then press Ctrl-S after changing focus, the change is saved. The tk GUI behaves normally, no changes are lost. So I qualify this as a bug in the qt GUI.
