I've tried this from a dos prompt:

C:\>D:\temp\PortablePython_1.1_py2.5.4\App\python.exe D:\temp\Leo-4-6-
b1\launchLeo.py

D is the usb key
I'd tried also with portablepython 2.6.1

The result is:

I cant install python and leo and next copy it on the usb key.

How make your leo working?
Where it is the leo directory?
How do you start it?
