I added the "rst" file type with the ".._" specified as it's comment
delimiter to the leoApp.py file and it works fine to create @thin rst
files (shouldn't this be in the Trunk?).

I understand the problem with the need to be careful about rst
comments.  However, a ".." line without any trailing text is provided
by the rst standard to indicate the end of a comment.
