Ok, todo.py on the trunk now has a context menu. All task related things except setting the time required, and setting time and progress to null (as opposed to zero) can be done through the context menu.

The three most recently used icons are listed at the root level of the context menu. This means todo.py will use up to 4 root level entries, which is kind of greedy, but I'll wait for someone to complain before adding a @setting.
