There is no "delete all todo icons", but it seems I went out of my way to chose bad names for all those commands, they should be changed as shown: Clear all todo icons -> Hide all todo icons Show all todo icons -> Unhide all todo icons Clear todo from node -> Delete Todo from node Clear todo from subtree -> Delete Todo from subnode Clear todo from all -> Delete Todo from whole tree Reloading unhides, as you saw. I'll make the renamings soon, thanks for pointing them out.
