The culprit is recent code in leoAtFile.read that deletes all the
children of the root.  That is just wrong for @file nodes.

I'll post a fix soon.  It looks like an @file node in leoPlugins.leo
needs backing up as well...

Again, my appologies for this bug.  A proper unit test for @file nodes
would have failed.  Such a unit test will be part of the fix.
