Rev 2198 contains the required unit tests that demonstrate that this
bug has been
fixed and will not likely recur.  I am going to mark this bug as
fixed.

Having said that, I should also say that this bug continues to
surprise.  It wasn't
as easy as I expected to devise a unit test for it that actually
failed with the old code.
I settled for a test that the node @file ../test/unittest/at-file-
test.py did not become
dirty on loading unittest.leo.

This all reinforces the notion that @file must go.

It also means that Monday is the very earliest that I will consider
releasing Leo 4.6 rc1.
