When starting leo without arguments (I mean leo outlines here), it
shows a default workbook.leo. After opening an existing outline from
"Open..." or "Recent Files", this default workbook.leo remains opened.
This is always getting into my way, because I'm used to have quite a
few windows opened and when doing Alt-Tab to switch between them, I
ocasionally switch to that window, that I'm never using. Recently,
after opening an existing outline, I'm just immediately closing
workbook.leo manually. I wonder if leo can handle this special case
itself for me and close the default workbook.leo as soon as I open an
existing outline.
