Yes. open_with doesn't do that by default.

Yes, I will do it. I actually have plans for a more flexible approach
for c.openWith in general (ability to pass callable, instead of using
one of the rigid string choices ("subprocess.Popen", ...). I'll take a
stab at it tomorrow.
